We begin our services by developing our relationship with our clients. This allows us to build their trust because we know that without trust in a client builder relationship, the project will be difficult and a challenge every step of the way. So, we take the first step in building trust to make for a long and prosperous relationship. Once that has been done, this is where our sales process comes in. We will spend the necessary time to fully understand the issues and challenges facing our clients and develop options that will address these concerns such as needing a new home for a growing family, downsizing as kids have left home, or even accessibility concerns at home. We listen and apply our experience to the problems to develop the best possible outcome for our clients.
Peace of mind and security are proved by how we develop our contracts. We only sell fixed-priced homes, which means that the risk is taken away from the client and placed entirely on us to properly manage cost overruns, wasteful spending, costly delays, and more. So, once a fixed price is agreed upon, the client will not have to pay a penny more than what that the predetermined price was.
Along with a fixed price contract, we will also provide a very detailed list of specifications for every aspect and portion of the build. That way, the client will know and understand exactly how their home is constructed and what products and materials are included in the fixed price already determined. Furthermore, we take it another step further to providing ultimate peace of mind by providing commencement dates and completion dates so our clients can rest assured that their home will be completed on time and budget.

This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery, and work closely with the design team to create your vision.
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections, and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walk-through to ensure your complete satisfaction.
